THE COMPANY
VALVULAS JOLA designs and manufactures different types of valves for high temperatures since 1983, when we started our activity.
The manufacturing program is:
- Butterfly valves for high temperatures.
- Dampers for high temperatures.
- 3-way diverters for high temperatures.
Our valves are manufactured in all sizes, for different mounting types (wafer, lug, flanged) and in different shapes (circular, rectangular, square); being designed for working with temperatures up to 1.250º C.
The mounting flanges are: DIN PN6, DIN PN10, ANSI 150#, ANSI 300#, JIS 5K, JIS 10K, . . . etc.
The valves are manufactured in casting designs and depending on the application, the type of material is chosen: Grey Cast Iron GG-30, Nodular Cast Iron GGG-40, Alloyed Cast Iron GGG-HS-40, Cast Carbon Steel ASTM-A-216-WCB, Cast Stainless Steel ASTM-A-351-CF8M, Refractory Cast Steel ASTM-297-HK, . . . etc.
All valves have a number mark for the casting identification, being certified in an individual valve certification.
The mounting flange for the actuation and the free shaft end is made following ISO 5211 / DIN 3327; and the types of actuation are:
1.- Manual handle.
2.- Wormgear.
3.- Double acting pneumatic actuator on-off.
4.- Single acting pneumatic actuator on-off.
(springs to close / springs to open).
5.- Double acting pneumatic actuator for regulation (4-20 mA / 3-15 psi).
6.- Single acting pneumatic actuator for regulation (4-20 mA / 3-15 psi).
(springs to close / springs to open).
7.- Double acting pneumatic cylinder on-off.
8.- Double acting pneumatic cylinder for regulation (4-20 mA / 3-15 psi).
9.- Pneumatic actuator membrane for regulation 3-15 psi.
10.- Electric actuator on-off.
11.- Electric actuator for regulation 4-20 mA.
12.- Electric actuator linear for proportional regulation 4-20 mA.
